ChangeVerve designs behaviour-based interventions differently. We combine applied neuroscience, behavioural thinking, and change management so people not only understand what needs to change, but actually practise, retain, and apply new behaviours in their day- to-day work.
Every intervention is contextualised for your organisation’s reality. We start with your strategy, culture, operating pressures, and the specific behaviours that need to shift, then build experiences, tools, and examples that reflect that context. Because people can recognise their world in the content, it is easier for them to move from insight into action.olor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Mauris eu massa orci.
Each intervention is intentionally designed around head, heart and hands so change happens at more than one level.
- Head — people understand the few critical behaviours that matter, and why they matter for strategy, culture, customers, and performance.
- Heart — people connect emotionally with the purpose of the shift and feel motivated to act differently, even when it is uncomfortable.
- Hands — people practise, apply, and use practical tools in ways that help them translate insight into daily behaviour, not just in the training room.
Information alone rarely changes behaviour. Sustainable change is more likely when people understand the shift, feel its relevance, and have concrete ways to do something differently in the flow of work.
A core principle in our approach is immediate application. Interventions are designed so people start using what they have learned quickly, before everyday routines pull them back into default habits.
To support this, interventions may include:
- Real workplace scenarios based on your environment, not abstract case studies.
- Practice, reflection, and guided application during the intervention itself.
- Team tools, manager guides, and post-session actions that support use on the job.
- Reinforcement touchpoints that revisit key ideas and behaviours over time to keep them alive.
This directly addresses the forgetting curve: people forget most of what they learn if it is not reinforced and used. Our interventions are therefore built for retention and transfer, not just for a good session experience.
These are not off-the-shelf programmes that could belong to any provider. Many generic courses sound good in the room but do not create real shifts because they are disconnected from the realities of the organisation and from the behaviour patterns highlighted by culture diagnostics.
Our interventions are designed from the inside out: starting with the desired culture and behaviour profile, your organisational context, and the barriers that are currently getting in the way. This leads to targeted interventions that focus on the few critical behaviours that matter and on the conditions needed to make those behaviours stick.
Behaviour-based interventions are designed for needs such as:
- Embedding customer-centric behaviours.
- Strengthening accountability and ownership.
- Supporting culture change through daily practice.
- Building adoption and commitment during transformation.
- Reinforcing collaboration, inclusion, safety, or service behaviours.
- Turning strategic intent into practical workplace actions.
Depending on the need, solutions may include:
- Facilitated workshops and learning journeys.
- Business board games and simulation-based experiences.
- Team toolkits and manager conversation guides.
- Behaviour-change campaigns and communication tools.
- Train-the-trainer solutions for internal rollout.
- Digital and blended learning experiences designed for scale.
Every intervention is customised to your organisation’s context, workforce realities, and strategic goals. Solutions are designed to be cost-effective, easy to roll out, and scalable across teams, business units, and large employee populations.
The objective is not a memorable event that fades after three days. It is visible behaviour shifts that continue to show up in how people serve customers, collaborate, lead, and make decisions long after the intervention is over.
ChangeVerve helps organisations lead change with more clarity, consistency, and humanity — and build internal structures that make change less dependent on external support each time. By combining change leadership development with the design of an Office of Change Management and supporting standards, the organisation builds both the people and the system it needs to handle ongoing transformation.
